FOR LOVE OF HOME

This is a book about the journey of three women who have a passion for making their homes reflect how they connect with one another. This is done by creating spaces that lend themselves to their creativity—spaces where they can experience the joy and satisfaction of a pleasing environment while having fun doing it. The three women are my mother my sister and myself. Three very different styles. It is not a how-to-decorate book that tells you about the placement of furniture or how high a picture should be hung. It’s about instinct passion and creativity. As a matter of fact all three of us would have liked to have had jobs where we could have used our creativity styles and taste. Instead we are a retired headmistress a banker and a librarian. Not exactly the most creative fields in the world. No wonder we needed an outlet to share our inspirations.
