As teachers our job is to help students develop knowledge''. In short a good teacher is one who makes learning happen. He/she knows how to choose and organize the essential knowledge as well as the necessary notions for the structuring of knowledge; A teacher knows how to choose and implement the pedagogical approaches and techniques; He/she adapts his/her approach according to the learners for whom he/she is responsible.
