Growing up in a small town in Virginia named Harper's Ferry life was pretty boring Until John Brown came then the Civil War came to the city. The town would never be the same. This is a story of a young man growing up there falling in love. Then to have their world turned upside down. Then it was time for the state to call up volunteers everybody rushed to save their country. This young man enlisted into the 1st Virginia cavalry. He fought at the first battle at Manassas alongside General Jeb Stuart through the battles they fought with each other or the on the battlefield against the Yankee's. Virginia was there for her boy's!
