Analysis of modern methods and algorithms for the formation of complex innovative technical solutions aimed at applying two distinctive features of known inventions in a new capacity and in newly emerging smart areas of technology (integration of basic distinctive features) is a critical process for ensuring technological success as a result of successful and timely targeted investment carried out in line with the dynamics of project development.
