Foreign interference in the regimes of Diaz and Madero

The United States and England had an enormous scientific-technological development since the end of the 19th century thanks among other things to their expansion over other countries exploiting their natural and human resources.The governments of our country acquired a policy of submission and surrender to foreigners leaving us in underdevelopment and backwardness at the expense of the poverty and misery of the Mexican people.
