Foresight and Public Policy Evaluation Methods

In this book the author deals with prospective and methods of evaluation of public policies. It is composed of six parts each of which is the subject of a conclusion. The first part is devoted to the problematic of public policy evaluation; in the second part he reviews the theoretical literature; the third part is devoted to econometric methods of public policy evaluation; the fourth part deals with econometric methods of public policy simulation; the fifth part is devoted to the analysis of public policies in Africa; the sixth part deals with the mechanisms for constructing indicators in development aid policies and their evolution.
