Forever Arabian

Forever Arabian is a recollection of the author's memory of growing up in the small town of Arab located in north Alabama. The book describes the years from 1956 through 1966 when the author was in school. It describes the local national and international events that influenced an entire generation. There are stories about kids playing outside games such as kick the can sandlot baseball and slow-motion football. Segregation assassinations the atom bomb the space race music TV movies and sports are all discussed. It is a look back at the way it was.
