The purpose of this methodical manual is the formation of tolerance among university students. Tolerance is considered as a special principle of building interaction between people based on the basis of dialogue and cooperation implying readiness and ability to constructive interaction with different people based on the awareness of their own and others'' individuality. Tolerance - as the ability to have your own opinion position and at the same time to respect and recognize the right of the other to perceive and think differently as well as to be ready to build an interaction based on understanding and taking into account other points of view. Thus the developed training program is complex it is directed on development of ability to manage the behavior emotions communication and includes cognitive component (informing on tolerance and increase of social-psychological competence) emotional-volitional (affective - perfection of skills of social perception and development of emotional self-control with the process of communication and activity) and behavioral (development and formation of skills of dialogue social flexibility self-government in communication).
