Foundations and prospects for a new African economic order

Africa as a continent rich in diversified natural resources and human resources from different horizons has to this day put this potential at the service of development and sustainable development. Through their mobility and their activities within regional and international organizations decision-makers never cease to offer their societies the tools for performance and evolution. Hundreds of meetings gatherings and forums around the world are committed to bringing this continent out of its hibernation and giving it the chance to assert itself in the international sphere. Unfortunately Africa plagued by demagoguery and conspiracy has been unable to reach the stage of take-off and deliverance! In order to give a clear idea of the situation in Africa we have committed ourselves to giving in our book a global synthesis of the different parameters that form the basis of development presenting the broadest possible definition of each parameter and then assigning it its appropriate role. Finally we offer an outline of the new African economic order NOEA.
