Methodologically there are three motives that establish the general basis of National Security Theory and at the same time serve as basic drivers for the development of comprehensive concepts and ideas on the issue of multi-sectoral national security defined as socio-strategic fragility socio-strategic power and socio-strategic defense. It is a conceptual system and an operational combination directed towards containing the primary roots of the multi-faceted threats.
