Currently the use of local raw materials in the development of the chemical and biochemical industry on a global scale is one of the urgent tasks especially the separation of several submolecular substances of the cellulose composition in an ecologically clean manner using modern technologies. Cellulose composition is carried out by the use of solvents in the separation of submolecular substances into fractions. In modern technologies high efficiency can be achieved by processing cellulose mass at atmospheric pressure and low temperatures. In many countries the scientific basis of processing cellulose raw materials with the help of various ionic liquids is being rapidly developed. This monograph envisages the use of global experience in the wide-scale development and general modernization of the field of obtaining organic substances based on local raw materials and annual plants.
