Franz Kafka: Collected Works

This collection brings together Best of Kafka's stories. Franz Kafka’s imagination so far outstripped the forms and conventions of the literary tradition he inherited that he was forced to turn that tradition inside out in order to tell his splendid mysterious tales. The work of this terminally alienated master narrator of the subconscious demanded a new descriptor; I guess they gave up and just settled on Kafkaesque. Most of these stories weren't even published during the author's lifetime.
