That evening I kept my eyes fixed on him even as the room slowly emptied around us. I studied him from head to toe devouring him with my gaze as notes of music swirled in the space within the bubble I had created. I felt so alive.I was determined to uncover who this striking young man truly was - where he came from where he lived the places he frequented his tastes and passions. This desire led me to seek him out everywhere and as if by magic I found him where I least expected.I knew I must meet him at all costs so in early September 1985 I travelled back in time to Munich where a serendipitous encounter turned both our worlds upside down. Who knows amidst the secrets and mysteries if the day had finally come to reveal the bittersweet truth?
