Freedom Partition and Terrorism

Pakistan employs terrorism to achieve its foreign policy goals. Overwhelming evidence of Pakistan’s exploitation of Islam and support to Jihadi militants exists. This book argues that the roots of Pakistan’s connection to militant Islamism and terrorism go all the way to before Pakistan came into existence. The Pakistan movement used fear intimidation and strategic use of violence to achieve creation of Pakistan. Once Pakistan came into existence its autocratic leaders and the military continued with the same tactics. This book explains the historical reasons behind Pakistan’s reckless decisions to exploit Islam and use terrorism as its state policy. The book also contains poignant first-person accounts of the partition of India.
