<p>We can be our own heroes! The words ‹self help› can have us running the other way with our ears covered. That was me anyway. I always knew that ‹something was up› with me. I have BPD my son has BPD and I believe my mom and her mom had undiagnosed BPD. I was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder five years ago and this is my journey of how I became aware of 'me'. Freedumb 55 became it's own therapy for me the best way to get it out of my head and on paper. For over 50 years I was unaware of how much grief my BPD caused. I love the new awareness I have gained. I now love life! After so many years of self help and finding DBT I now love me and in turn you and you and you. "Don't be scared little one I will hold your hand and you can feel safe with me."</p>
