<p>In 2018 Leanne and Bear sold their house quit their jobs and headed north to British Columbia's Cariboo region to pursue a life running a rustic resort. They traded in big salaries and stability for an adventure-filled life full of freedom and hard work. They say the first five years in business are the toughest and that couldn't be more true. A pandemic wildfires floods unexpected renovations and countless challenges tested their resolve.</p><p>But through it all they poured their blood sweat and tears into their venture-finding plenty of laughs along the way.
