From Desert Storm to Iraqi Freedom

This is a story about a Special Forces soldier who would serve four tours in the country of Iraq filling in the gaps where the news media left out. Follow the exploits of Sergeant Erick Nason as a member of a combat search and rescue team during Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm. Returning later after the war ended he helped to provide humanitarian relief to the Kurdish refugees during Operation Provide Comfort. Following the attacks of September 11th he would be part of Operation Iraqi Freedom once more returning to northern Iraq to help in its liberation. His final tour would be served in Baghdad and Balad during Operation Iraqi Freedom II participating in numerous convoy operations.
