From Highlands to Riches tells the story of a boy in Lesotho whose parents die of HIV/AIDS. Ts''epo''s parents struggled in life and did everything they could to help their only son. After their deaths he is raised by his grandmother until he reaches young adulthood. She takes good care of her grandson and gives him a strong faith in Jehovah. Very bright and ambitious Ts''epo finishes school in record time and finds a good job in the lowlands of Lesotho. He takes his beloved grandmother to live with him and later marries his high school sweetheart.
