From Lord to Father: Changing the Nature of Our Relationship with God

<p>What is the real nature of your relationship with God?<br><br>Many of us who love God and have accepted Jesus as our Lord and Savior have discovered thatin our day-to-day relationship with him nothing has really changed that much. He is still Lord but we instinctively feel that there should be something more.<br><br>When Jesus taught his disciples to pray “Our Father in heaven” he was introducing a radical new concept to his followers – that it is possible to know God as your Father as well as your Lord. No longer was God to be seen as a terrifying Deity who must be appeased but as a loving Father who is calling us to himself.<br><br>From Lord to Father explores the things that keep us from making that transition and presents some practical ideas towards changing the nature of our relationship with God.
