Diplomacy has played an important part in European history and this article will examine that role examining its influence on molding European history and its relevance in settling wars in Europe.There has been a lot of talk in recent years about the importance of diplomacy in maintaining peace and stability in Europe and about the necessity for international collaboration to forestall a return to violent war.
