From the Heart

A collection of poems. Like the facets of a diamond. Each time you read them a new insight is gained. You soon discover that they are much deeper than they appear. Sometimes the reader is surprised if not amazed at the direction a poem may lead them. How does a sea gull inspire a Black man; or a child learning to walk tell us about the profound simplicity of God; or a boy innocently dribbling his basketball an indication of the universality of people everywhere? These poems have a biblical character about them and are not just to be read but to be a source of inspiration. Yet the stories they tell are real and everyone who reads them will be able to identify with the incident or description as real to them.
