From The Mind Of Critic

This is the eleventh of many collections From the Mind Of Critic. The short essays can be flipped through randomly or read in succession. They run the gamut of human emotions from love to hate to fear. Along with a healthy dose of politics humanism unity accountability and truth this collection will hopefully stir the pot just enough to start conversations. For if we simply talk to each other like human beings we'd find that many of our generational issues can be solved. Emotions soften when fog lifts making us realize we agree on a lot more than we disagree. We just need to get out of our own way and remember everything we need to know we learned in kindergarten.Balance may be gymnastics for our soul but we always win gold when we're conscious enough.Sustaining our humanity doesn't take a tribe but does to reach our full potential.Be present be mindful be kind.Love penetrates the strongest armor and crumbles the most indestructible walls because love always heals damaged souls.We overcome any challenge by standing and moving forward not sitting and moving back.When we discover what's worth our time we have all the time in the world.Putting our energy toward critical thought instead of ignorant action prevents us from ever being distracted.Living in the now means not letting future possibilities distract from what's happening in front of our face.Surprises constantly appear to challenge our perceptions and expectations being consciously in the moment prevents our inner light from leaking out.Life is but a series of moments staying mindful ensures they constantly flow in.Standing loud and proud is our foundation it's where all progress and evolution stems from.We must fight every day to be a better person so we don't destroy the planet by refusing to do so.Putting the majority of our time into who we truly are forever binds us to the earth; allowing nature's beauty to be freely and continuously inhaled.We are beauty and can share beauty once we define what true beauty is.We've always had the power to create a better world when we turn what's possible into what's probable.Unification is probable when our collective path is illuminated united we stand divided we fall.Feeling our power means not letting others steal it away.The goodness of our soul yearns to be shared we save the world when we oblige.Be human be kind be grateful for being alive and go from there.
