Dr. Boubé Salifou is a researcher who has been working in a multidisciplinary environment for several years. A philosopher administrator and political scientist by training Boubé brings philosophy and the human sciences into dialogue particularly anthropology psychology and politics in an attempt to apply hermeneutics to international relations. As one of the most eminent scholars of African thought - particularly the Cousins à plaisanterie - Boubé questions certain philosophical and political paradigms.
