FROM TRAUMA TO SYMPTOM

The present book was developed with the purpose of going through the origin and formation of symptoms in neurosis in the light of Freud in a detailed way in order to once again carefully examine topics of psychoanalysis which are present in all cases and which are revised in each case that is initiated within its particularity. The research was carried out mostly through Freud''s Complete Works so as not to lose the main and central referential of the inventor of Psychoanalysis. Besides this material some commentators were consulted in order to enrich the research centered on the Freudian view. The descriptive research based on the Freudian work also availed itself of additional reading by commentators aiming at looking at the theory from other subjectivities weaving contemporary biases.
