My early years in the 50s was a bad time for me being sent to a school for bad boys in Glasgow for 18 months. Among the street wise Glasgow boys I had a lot to learn about life. I never got much love from my father but mother made up for that. There were ten in the family six boys and four girls. We were very close. Joined the army in 1960 and I loved it for 13 years 321 days with medical discharge for hearing loss. Managed a pub for four years was a continental coach driver. I joined the masons one of the best decisions I made in my life. Just waiting for God now.
