From Wrags to Ritches is a true story about a teenage mother who becomes pregnant at sixteen and drops out of school. She marries her high school sweetheart and became pregnant with their first child but lost the baby due to a miscarriage. They moved from Mississippi to Tennessee in search of a better life and to start a family.
