Fundamental knowledge for a more humane leadership

In today''s world and precisely in our Bolivarian revolution it is necessary to have a broad knowledge of the fundamental elements for a good management since in it is positioned the triumph of it and the sustainable development of the Venezuelan people.From this point of view is that we have taken into consideration some elements already seen by other authors but reviewed and taken to the current context to help the different directions to be effective developmental and explanatory.
