Fundamentals of anti-corruption culture. Course of lectures

The lecture course systematizes the essence of corruption its main types and forms and reveals the main causes of this phenomenon. The course analyzes the legal framework of anti-corruption developed by the international community and individual states. Based on the legal documents adopted in Kazakhstan the paper shows the importance of forming an anti-corruption culture among all segments of the population its essence and ways of formation. The work can be useful for students and teachers of universities.
