<p>This book is an inspirational collection of hand drawn designs for all ages that include tabletop games crafts and projects with the underlying theme of self-improvement through guided art creation.    Written from a place of physical disability this book hopes to encourage others to push their own limits through artistic participation that challenge social norms and encourage all round acceptance.  There is no 'wrong way' in this book and the 'funky' terrain of the book encourages others to do their best with what they have been given...in my case with what I have left!    Have fun with life - it helps!</p>
