Funky Charlie

Funky Charlie is a fun direct witty children's book about hygiene. Charlies a young growing boy who just likes to get up and go. Bathing and self-care are the last thing running through his mind as he gets ready for school. Charlie mom tries to tell him the importance of: Brushing his teeth showering washing his face and the up keeping of his attire. But like most children he does not listen the on-going speech goes in one ear and out the other a term the older adults use. When he gets home he tells his mother he has learned his lesson: hygiene is much more important than he realized! From now on he will be well groomed and dressed in clean clothes- NO more Funky Charlie. Charlie's bad day shows how essential self-care and hygiene are for young adolescents.
