<p>The Water Fairy Tribe is rejoining Fairydom after cutting itself off generations ago-and is releasing thousands of surface fairy prisoners. Among the surface tribes the announcement that they will be reunited with loved ones long thought dead has evoked a passionate response.</p><p>Crown Prince Isaac of the Wood Fairies would love to make Lady Cassidy of the Water Fairies his wife-and future queen. Although she worries this will anger many of his tribe he is confident that he knows a way to help others see her for the valiant honorable woman she is.</p><p>When Cassidy agrees to accompany Isaac on a scouting expedition to secure a village site for some of the political prisoners her tribe is releasing she has only second-hand knowledge of the dangers they'll face.
