Assuming that one gram of TNT releases 4 kJ of energy the energy of a microburst in this case will be equal to 140 mg of TNT. When the accelerator is operated in the continuous mode f 0in = 2.4 * 107 tube segments can be accelerated per one second. If each segment releases 560 J of energy during the interaction with the deuterium-tritium target the total energy release will be greater than 13 GJ / s or 13 GW.
