GameMonster is a mysterious new video game that people can't seem to stop playing. That's because anyone who plays eventually gets pulled in and becomes part of the game. When her sister and a friend become trapped inside Penny must lead the gang on a daring rescue to free them and uncover GameMonster's dark secret. On the journey Penny and the gang encounter wacky scientists giant robots a digital wizard naughty programmers pushy paper pushers and a gargoyle hooked on chocolate.
