Garbage collectors and intestinal parasites

'You can catch worms in lots of places especially if you don't wash properly... But our job is very dangerous because we handle things that are disgusting. Often the rubbish is already rotting when we pick it up... Now it's better because women are putting the rubbish in bags so... we don't touch it much but when it was in the bins... there were bugs everywhere! What I think is worse are these cloth gloves...
