In the monograph the results of endoscopic and morphological researches of pathology of the upper sections of the gastro-intestinal tract in 174 patients with hemorrhagic fever with the renal syndrome leptospirosis tularaemia and unspecified urinary tract infection are presented. The high frequency of erosive-ulcerative and hemorrhagic changes of mucous coat of gastrointestinal tract revealed which are based on the deep violations of microcirculation. Their correlation with the leading clinical and laboratory indexes severity and terms of the basic disease are shown. The variants of gastrointestinal pathology course in connection with the abdominal syndrome are studied. The association of erosive-ulcerous lesions of the stomach and duodenum with Helicobacter pylori infection was determined. The optimal terms for endoscopic diagnostics were determined that allows to reveal the erosive-ulcerous pathology in time before the development of complications and to carry out the adequate medical correction that significantly improves the prognosis of the underlying disease.
