Los Angeles 2100: The quality of life has decreased drastically during the last years in the mega city Los Angeles. Because of this and to prevent the imminent shortage of space years ago architects engineers and scientists started the development of a then utopian project: an underwater city. It took decades of work to build this city and to have selected residents move in. The detectives Raider and McMahony belong to this police force. Both detectives even when often holding different views work as a team successfully since years. The peaceful and picturesque life of the underwater city is suddenly disturbed by the militant group Pacam. Their aim: the destruction of Oceanic City. Will Raider and Mac be able to protect the city in which most people now the word crime only from history books?
