<p>Fifty one contestants each over forty years of age and having earned the distinction of representing their state of birth vie for the ultimate prize in a futuristic foot race that will stretch the limits of sanity and endurance. </p><p><br></p><p>Tasked to compete within a billion-dollar state of the art dome located at the center of a vast desolate desert range the racers soon discover the challenge of merely keeping up with the pack a distant second to survival in what will become a grueling nightmare of hellish techno-manufactured weather conditions and winner-take-all ruthlessness.  </p><p> </p>
