This study aimed to analyze and identify the reasons for gender inequality at the workplace in Tunisia Hungary and Sweden to know the best solutions and methods that can be used to empower women and solve this issue.A survey has been shared with different employees (Male and Female) to have frequent new percentage and explanations. These percentages and explanations served as the sources of the data gathered in the thesis empowered by official results taken from official websites NGOs reports articles and books.In conclusion the three countries have common reasons for gender inequality and the same entities (public and private) to increase gender inequality in the workplace. However the efforts done by each country to solve this issue are not some this is why the results are not the same.
