General Management

The word management is used for the completion of tasks in a well-organized and orderly manner. In other words it is also used to refer to the persons running the companies. Professionally trained managers are required to run these companies. The success of these managers is based on their managerial knowledge and its efficient and systematic use.Concept of Management: Indeed the concept of management is as old as human civilization. Since ancient times humans lived in groups and there was a division of tasks for survival. The concept of management is used in every walk of life but we have to understand and analyze management from the point of view of the business. Management refers to the group of employees who are responsible for the implementation of the set objectives and policies of the business. The person who does this work is called the Manager. Management is in fact a social process. This coordination is established in the efforts of the available resources and employees of an organization in such a way that the goals of the organization can be accomplished in a systematic organized efficient and effective manner. Important parts of this process are planning organization Motivation and Control.
