The book entitled ‘Genetic distance among the Reddis of Andhra Pradesh’ is drafted to serve as a reference tool in the area of genetic distance studies. The data used in the study for calculating genetic distance measures is based on morphological and dermatoglyphic characters among the four sub-caste population of Reddis. Efforts have been made to incorporate much of the science in the genetic distance which can be extrapolate in similar population groups to understand the genetic distance in terms of various characters. The book has covered different aspects in the area of genetic distance and variation.
