Libraries are filled with volumes detailing the lives of famousoutstanding men and women . . . Parks are full of their statues . .. impressive buildings airports and streets bear their names . .. However few manuscripts are intended to describe the life andtimes of a common or ordinary man living in some random slice oftime. This writing is an attempt to give the reader a view of thelife and times of a so-called common man who lived in the twentiethcentury?unknown for great deeds wealth great intellectdiscovery or for that matter any great thing of merit. This isthe autobiographical story of such a man.
