This book presents the concepts and applications of Geospatial Technologies including here acquisition analysis harmonization and visualization of geospatial data for environmental monitoring and assessment. The main goal of this book is to contribute to the environmental monitoring and management. One of the main focuses of the book remains the process of generating of cartographic products as thematic time series maps. The book is focusing not only on a deeper understanding of environmental issues but also on designing a spatial database aimed to integrate different environmental aspects.
