Ghazal andar Ghazal

<p>The existence of new experiments in Urdu poetry is a proof of the activeness of this art. 'Azad Ghazal' is a modern genre of Urdu poetry. The renown poet Mazhar Imam is considered to be the inventor of this genre. He explained the way to break free from the narrow confines of Ghazal and presented a model in the form of 'Azad Ghazal'. The genre of Azad Ghazal is considered very suitable for the intellectual expression of modern sensibility. Azad Ghazal can neither be confined to the narrow confines of traditional Ghazal nor can it be lost in the expansion of the nazm (poem) but it fully includes the element of breadth of thought. Generally 'Azad Ghazal' verses are not of equal weight but this condition has not been applied in this genre that not every verse should be of equal weight. Incidentally any verse can be of equal weight. This collection of Nazir Fatehpuri Ghazal andar Ghazal (Ghazal in Ghazal) is a collection of 'Azad Ghazals' in which all the artistic principles of 'Azad Ghazal' have been kept in mind.</p><p>/</p><p>اردو شاعری میں نت نئے تجربوں کا ہونا اس فن کی فعالیت کی دلیل ہے۔ آزاد غزل بھی اردو شاعری کی ایک جدید صنفِ سخن ہے۔ مشہور شاعر مظہر امام اس صنف کے موجد مانے جاتے ہیں۔ انہوں نے غزل کی تنگ دامانی سے آزاد ہونے کا طریقہ بتایا اور آزاد غزل کی شکل میں ایک ماڈل کو پیش کیا ہے۔ آزاد غزل کی صنف جدید حسیت کے مفکرانہ اظہار کے لیے نہایت موزوں باور کی جاتی ہے۔ آزاد غزل نہ روایتی غزل کی تنگ دامانی میں سمٹ سکتی ہے اور نہ نظم کے پھیلاؤ میں گم ہو سکتی ہے بلکہ اس میں وسعتِ فکر کا عنصر بھرپور طریقے سے شامل ہوتا ہے۔ عموماً آزاد غزل کے اشعار مساوی الوزن نہیں ہوتے مگر یہ شرط بھی اس صنف میں لاگو نہیں کی گئی ہے کہ ہر شعر ہرگز بھی مساوی الوزن نہ ہو۔ اتفاقیہ طور پر کوئی شعر مساوی الوزن بھی ہو سکتا ہے۔ نذیر فتح پوری کا یہ مجموعہ غزل اندر غزل آزاد غزلوں کا ایک ایسا مجموعہ ہے جس میں آزاد غزل کے تمام فنی اصولوں کو ملحوظ خاطر رکھا گیا ہے۔</p>
