After being lured into an old abandoned house by a group of kids pretending to be his friends Timmy is tragically crushed by a falling tree branch during a storm and his soul is transferred into Ghoulie. The legend says that Ghoulie returns every Halloween eager to play with children. As Mrs. Miller finishes the story Michael admits to putting the snake head in Brandon's bed as a prank.
