About The Book

Include a smile in your diet. Being happy and remaining happy has to be included in your daily regime. A continuous effort in making yourself happy will make you resilient towards criticism; making you stronger, to face any sarcasm. Increasing the number of smiles would ease things out, helping in attaining the unattainable and letting the belief in your potential increase. Implementing these two new habits daily would give you a new perspective into living life in a different and a healthy way. Following this unique way of living and making it a part of your life would make you attain honor and respect. Becoming an expert will make you face the reality in life with optimism. Reader Reviews: A Necklace of 161 Pearls of Wisdom: Dr. Kalpesh Kotecha has created a great collection of "Pearls of Wisdom " . This unique yet very simply written collection with a nice play of words can help the reader reclaim "Yourself ". Each of us go through the grind of life with little or no time for ourselves. Reading these "Pearls" and reflecting on my life I felt that I should have got this earlier and I would have reacted differently. Each of the 161 Pearls I feel will surely help me. One way I have thought of to go through this transformation is to reflect of my day before retiring for the day and use one or more of these "Pearls of Wisdom " and find a way of doing things differently and then let it sink into me as I ponder over it. Thought Provoking: This beautifully produced book by Adhyyan Publishing and written by Dr Kotecha contains 161 thought provoking poems that stand conventional wisdom on their head. Some of these are accompanied by pithy quotes that capture the essence of the poem. An example is "Inability Creates" where he points out that creativity is the inability to duplicate. The poems are evocative of the ancient eastern scriptures by the simplicity of statement and the depth of meaning they contain. Yet they strongly encourage you to pursue a less selfless path, and go contrary to a lot of the beliefs we were raised with. I can see picking one topic each week for a discussion with my mother or a good friend and exploring its pros , cons and depths. Certainly help create energized conversations. It would also make a great gift for anyone you would like to have the discussion with.
