Girl to Girl Unfiltered

<p><em>Girl to Girl Unfiltered</em> is a collection of honest experiences and stories from eleven teenage girls on the topic of body image and mental health. Alongside photos they open up about their struggles regarding self-image in hopes of benefitting other girls who may be dealing with similar hardships.</p><p>The goal of this book is to show teenage girls that they are not alone in their self-image struggles and that the perfect picture that they see of influencers on social media is not always the truth. As a result of what we see in the media we tend to scrutinize every part of ourselves in an effort to attain a perfect image.</p>
