Glass from the Sea

In this touching story a young granddaughter accidentally breaks her grandmother's beloved vase. Initially filled with guilt she soon finds herself fascinated by the shiny broken pieces scattered on the floor. When she bravely confesses to her grandmother she's met with understanding and love. Her grandmother tells her the story about a magical change that can happen with broken pieces of glass and together they set out to locate what is known as sea glass. The bond of their relationship and the smoothed edges of sea glass symbolize strength and resilience in overcoming life's little mishaps.
