Global Evolutionary Analysis of CIII Peroxidases in Green Lineages

This book is a systematic study of CIII peroxidases in plants mainly involving the mining identification origin evolution and function of multiple plant peroxidases. The author and his colleagues created PeroxiBase a professional peroxidase database and upgraded to the latest version RedOxiBase a professional database of oxidoreductases. The author and his colleagues have developed several tools and procedures for the identification and analysis of peroxidase families and constructed original models dose-evolutionary models and gene and protein structure evolutionary models of several peroxidase families in plants.
