This research work is the result of a long and important work done by the authors based on a real life problem which reflects that no matter the level or time you have been producing bananas as well as the brand you carry as a small medium or large producer or exporter of the fruit. For the markets whether national or international currently require or demand producers and exporters of this fruit to have international quality certification such as Global Gap a certifier that is based on the need to provide a product that meets all the requirements and qualities for the final consumer and the different workers of the different farms where bananas are produced.
