Globalization of Higher Education

This research intensively and extensively examines the various approaches of internationalization practiced on university campuses. The results reveal the possibility of a more effective and comprehensive method of advancing internationalization. The study is significant to three overarching areas: a) Educational leadership for implementing effective internationalization on university campuses b) social and organizational change in the light of globalization and c) generation and extension of knowledge base about internationalization. This study finds a fresh standpoint to an age old process of internationalization in higher education.
